Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Tiffany initially studied massage therapy in Seattle. While she practiced primarily Swedish massage for several years in Washington and Oregon, she also explored other modalities including Thai massage while on a trip to Thailand.
After the pandemic she found Five Bodies Collective and apprenticed with Focus. Tiffany is thrilled to be a student of Traditional Thai Medicine and to be able to offer Thai bodywork to her clients. Through this tradition she finds she is able to make greater, longer lasting change for her clients and to more specifically improve their aches and pains, their range of motion, and injury recovery.

In addition to helping clients address specific injuries and limitations, Focus also mentors therapists interested in rehabilitative treatments. Liz is a Portland native that came to Thai Medicine after a decade of providing Swedish style therapy and massage. She has extensive experience working with Motor Vehicle injuries, work injuries, as well as managing the aches and pains from everyday life stresses.
